Purchasing two or more items of the same type, reduces the shipping costs for each additional item by an average of a 70% off savings!

Event Butterfly is headquartered in the USA, so demonstrating the actual shipping if also shipping to within the US.
One item may ship for $3.99. Each additional item may ship for 70% off from that, at only $1.25 extra.
So purchasing two items, instead of around the higher $8 shipping, it is actually only the lower $5.24 shipping! Three items are even better at $6.49.

Remember Event Butterfly ships worldwide, and therefore accepts all currencies. So to better explain, we must create a universal shipping example that applies globally. 

All currencies can be measured into 10 as a number. 10 Dollars, 10 Pounds, 10 Yuan, 10 Yen… you understand. Using the number 10 intuitively makes the most sense to us, as it is also universal to humans who have 10 fingers and 10 toes to count with. (To all the humans with more than 10 fingers and toes, we are unsure how to approach the example at hand, but thank you so much for progressing our species to the next event in evolution… lol). 

Shipping is 10 for the first item, and 70% off from the number 10 for each additional item, as noted as the number 3. Our global example follows as such.

Two items ship for 13 (10 + 3).

Three items ship for 16 (10 + 3 + 3).

If your order should have arrived, yet has not yet done so…

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

●  Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

●  Ask your local post office if they have your package.

●  Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— I​f you’re expecting a home delivery and you know you won’t be home to accept it, use an address where you know you’ll be!

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch on the Contact page with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Pro tip: The zip code is the most important part of the address. Use a simple tool like U​SPS ZIP code lookup​ to make sure you get it right!

International Orders:

An additional customs tax can occur on international orders. This tax is out of our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
