Print On Demand

Event Butterfly looks for your trust to earn your business for life. Event Butterfly is a “Print on Demand” store. You, the customer, order our products. That order is placed with our Printer partners. The Printer fulfills the order and ships the item out to you. 

The agreement of the Printers is as follows. Print on Demand raw materials (such as shirts) become transformed into your unique individualized item based on your variant choices; Design… Color… and Size. Any incorrect products are no longer viable. The product is organic and only has one life. It is for this reason that special cases have to be carefully considered. 

Event Butterfly is a responsible company and will do everything we can to continue earning Your trust. We are looking to partner with Customers who reflect our same values. Please Contact us with any questions, concerns, complaints, or suggestions.

 

Event Butterfly Error: 

If the fault rests on Event Butterfly, we will make it right! Such examples are misprints, mislabeled, incorrect items, or delivered damaged items. Event Butterfly will grant store credit to fulfill the order correctly. Please Contact us immediately, so that we can work with you on a resolution as quickly as possible! Provide us with your order number, photos of the item, and details.

 

Customer Error:

If the fault rests on the Customer, it will be on a case by case basis. Please ensure you have selected the correct designs, colors, and sizes. Look to the ‘Size Chart’ on each product page for further help before placing an order. Should you have further questions or concerns, please Contact us… again before placing an order. If the issue is due to a customer selection choice, then regrettably it is a lesson learned between Customer and the Print on Demand agreement. In saying this, in this situation if there is an agreeable solution, Event Butterfly will present it to resolve the issue and continue our business trust with you our loyal Customer. Thank You!
